Yeah, used them last year for the same route! The overnight sleeper was surprisingly comfortable. No issues with the e-ticket at all, just showed it on my phone. Definitely recommend the sleeper for that long a journey.

I used them for a bus from Phuket to Krabi, not a train, but the booking was easy. My bus was a bit late though, but that's kinda normal for buses here lol. For trains, I've only used the official Thai Rail website before.

Was looking at getting a minivan transfer from Bangkok to Hua Hin for my family trip next month. Prices on 12Go Asia seem decent, but I'm wondering about comfort for a 3-hour journey with kids. Anyone have experience with their minivan transfers for this kind of route?

Used their minivan transfer from Bangkok to Pattaya a few months back. It was fine, pretty standard stuff. AC was good, seats were okay, nothing luxurious but definitely not uncomfortable for a few hours. With kids, you might want to pack some snacks and entertainment though.

I usually prefer trains for longer distances, even if minivans are faster. More space to move around, especially with kids. But for a 3-hour hop, a minivan is probably okay if the price is right. Haven't booked one through 12Go specifically for that route though.

We did a shared minivan from BKK to Hua Hin with them last year. It was a bit squishy with luggage, but the journey itself was smooth. Drivers are usually quite fast though, so hold on tight! For kids, it might be a bit much if they get car sick easily.

I haven't had to amend with them, but I've heard their customer support is generally quite responsive via email. Maybe try sending them a quick message with your booking details and new flight time? Might be faster than waiting for a website option.
